From School Sports Day to Calisthenics: A Subscriber's Journey

Today, I'm excited to share a story from one of you, a follower who has found inspiration and strength through calisthenics:

"I remember being 14 years old, trying my hardest in school sports day races. No matter how hard I tried, I never won a single medal or received any certificates.

Then, COVID struck, shutting everything down. I even got it twice, but thankfully recovered. After a few months, I attended a calisthenics workshop, and it really inspired and motivated me. I wanted to be the best at something, to achieve what 'most people could only dream of.'

Calisthenics, I discovered, offered endless challenges to master. It taught me that progress takes time, it doesn't happen overnight.

While I haven't yet experienced the feeling of winning on the podium, my journey is far from over. Interestingly, one of my initial motivations for starting calisthenics was to avoid getting COVID a third time. Feeling thin and weak, I believed it could strengthen my immune system, almost like a 'placebo effect' that ultimately made me stronger.

This is my calisthenics story – a testament to personal growth, resilience, and the pursuit of self-improvement."
